Is The Vault soundproofed?
The Vault is acoustically optimised with professional sound treatment designed for recording and screenings. This means you’ll get clean, broadcast-quality audio with minimal echo and ambient noise interference. The space is purpose-built to deliver the sound quality you need for podcasts, video content, and cinema-style experiences. For the best recording conditions, we recommend booking during standard business hours when the building is at its quietest.
How many people can The Vault accommodate?
The Vault comfortably fits small recording setups (2-6 people for podcasts or video recordings) or up to 12-15 for private screenings, depending on your seating arrangement. It’s designed to feel intimate and focused, perfect for creating great content or enjoying a cinema-style experience.
What’s the booking process and how far in advance should I book?
You can book The Vault instantly online by selecting your date and time — it’s available by the hour or for a full day. We recommend booking at least a few days in advance for popular time slots, but last-minute bookings are often available too. Just check the calendar and secure your spot.
Can I live stream from The Vault?
Yes! The Vault is set up for live streaming with an Elgato Cam Link and super-fast WiFi. Whether you’re streaming to YouTube, LinkedIn, or another platform, the tech is ready to go. Our on-site team can help you get everything connected if you need a hand.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Of course. While The Vault comes with everything you need, you’re welcome to bring your own cameras, laptops, or additional gear. Just make sure it’s compatible with our setup — and if you have any questions beforehand, get in touch and we’ll talk you through it.
Is there support available if I need help with the equipment?
Yes. We have dedicated on-site tech support during business hours who can help with setup, troubleshooting, and making sure your recording or screening runs smoothly. The equipment is designed to be plug-and-play, but we’re here if you need us.
